I was able to take away soooo much for myself personally! I've tried a lot of things to finally get rid of these long-standing depressions, anxiety and stuck mental pain, but it was just frustrating because it either didn't get better or came back without explanation. Thanks to Wolfram, I finally understood how it all comes about and how you can change so many things positively in a relatively simple way, and it really is often the little things that make a big difference. I immediately started implementing them and realized how obviously positive and good I feel :)
I am so grateful that I was able to experience this and I am really looking forward to finally being able to live a normal, happy life!

Wolfram made it possible for me to start a new chapter in my life. After decades of deep sadness, I finally felt like I was moving forward. The small steps are getting bigger and bigger. It is incredibly liberating to be able to do something actively against my own powerlessness. Not always just talking, but also being able to act is really good. Not to feel helpless anymore has motivated me again and again to continue. Even though it was and is a long and very exhausting way, I can recommend the EIP method from my own experience to anyone who really wants to change something.
