Recommendation
Yamina is very empathetic and friendly. She takes herself back, lets the participants act in the group and allows them to ask questions. Each method is introduced, followed by a practical exercise in which the trainees can try it out and practise the method in the group. Everyone has the opportunity to show and present the results in a predefined time and play area. Yamina does not evaluate or judge the results, but makes corrections with factual questions or explanations (if necessary). All media are used in the necessary order and can be used by all trainees in a relaxed manner. I really enjoyed it, as Yamina is incredibly likeable and has impressive technical and methodological knowledge.
