I have already attended several seminars with Yvonne. Even now, more than 2 years later, some of the insights from the various seminars are still resurfacing!
I was particularly impressed by one seminar: The Mastery of Training and Leading (MTL for short). For me, the seminar is the perfect mix of methodological knowledge and personal development. What's more, the seminar goes straight into implementation. One of the things I learned in the MTL was how to create really sustainable change in the participants and how to promote the sustainable anchoring of knowledge. Away from 08/15 seminars. I also learned how to deal with the unexpected and how to remain calm and stay with the participants.
As a result, my seminars have reached a different level and I receive feedback from my own participants on how long my seminars continue to have an effect on them and how much they have been able to take away and implement in the long term.
In the end, I don't just apply what I've learned from the MTL in my seminars, it also integrates really well into everyday life - whenever I'm in contact with other people, so to speak ;). Mega!

I have already had several experiences with Yvonne and her team and I am thrilled every time. Yvonne and the whole team live for their vision, their mission and put their whole heart into it. They create a space in which I can grow beyond myself and each time I leave this space a little more liberated and taller. I also find the support outside of the events particularly valuable. It is the dedication that makes the seminars special for me. Yvonne and the team give themselves completely to each individual participant. Everything that is within you is seen, appreciated and brought into change with you. The seminars last for a weekend, but it feels like they never end. Every day you see new possibilities where doors were previously closed. Your perception and senses also become more intense - because you move from your head into your body. You feel that you are truly alive. Even if you go into the seminar satisfied with yourself - you come out with so much more vitality than you can even imagine.

The MOSE seminar was recommended to me at the time. As a man, I only knew that emotions were important, but that I didn't have enough access to them.

What I then learned at the weekend and what I was able to discover for myself opened my inner, emotional and human doors. I was finally able to allow myself to go through life with humor and be serious at the same time. I understood, and above all felt, that connecting with people is important to me. That I can ask for help and, above all, accept it. Other participants had similar human pain points and corresponding solutions: Individually and flexibly guided by the team in the wellbeing area Not every single moment was just cream pie beautiful, but so valuable for me.

In short: an extremely safe space and framework to take a deep breath, feel safe and try out something new for myself, which I was fortunately able to integrate into my life. It doesn't get any better than this!

Professional training, highly structured, extremely flexible when questions/content arose. The knowledge gained was 100% applicable for me in both a personal and professional context. Very good and emphatic lecturers across the board. Yvonne's way of lecturing was excellent; genuine and authentic. I always felt very well looked after and protected. Reliable support even after the end of the training. A colorful mix of participants with a common denominator: heart.
For me, the Mastery of Self Expression is a must, especially for every manager.

The rooms I have been able to experience with Yvonne so far have been different. I felt seen and heard at all times, I was able to have new experiences outside my comfort zone every time because I felt safe and supported, which then provided a sustainable new basis for my challenges in everyday life.

At MOSE, I have surpassed myself countless times and have since been able to stand up for myself confidently yet mindfully in front of people older/more experienced than me (which was a kryptonite for me before).

In summary, I have taken on a new form of leadership in some areas of my life, which allows me to feel more inner relaxation and allows me to be more confident, self-assured and relaxed both professionally and at home with 3 children.
I think everyone should have experienced the MOSE, whether privately or professionally, in order to receive even more abundance in their lives.

The training sessions with Yvonne are the only ones I have experienced on the coaching market where I felt a direct and lasting change. With MOSE, I felt seen and began to accept myself. Even before the booking and long after the seminar, Yvonne and her team created an incredible framework that made me feel safe and in good hands at all times. I took part in the Mastery of Self Expression in September 2023. What can I say? It was one of the coolest seminars I've ever attended. Yvonne and the team create an absolutely safe space and framework so that I was able to open up completely. I spent a long time trying to find the right words for the "Mastery of Self Expression". In the end, I came to this conclusion: The "MOSE" cannot be described in words, it is a feeling. And what a feeling it is.

The thoroughly non-judgmental space that Yvonne and the whole team have created is something very special that will resonate in my heart forever. I have never been seen and heard in my life like I was this weekend.

Now I wish every person on planet earth that they can have this experience. Life afterwards is completely different.

For me personally, it is hard to put into words how Yvonne and the whole team respond to each individual. From the first moment I felt in good hands and individually cared for.

The live experience with Yvonne can not be put into words and who has not yet experienced this woman, it can not be explained. There is from the first moment a deep connection to each individual and Yvonne is so on the job that I simply lack the words for what she does.
