This is my third time participating in Rainer and Regina Franke’s master class—and with every weekend, new dimensions open up. Pure excitement and joy! I’m so happy to be here 🥰

What never ceases to impress me is the incredible wealth of knowledge, the various details and facets of a situation, and how you unravel them. I find it particularly fascinating how Rainer meets the trainee exactly where they are most receptive, while simultaneously engaging as an equal counterpart. Exquisite, high-precision work. It’s simply a joy to watch and experience what connection truly means.

Only now do I recognize the great kindness of Rainer and Regina. In the past, the Zen stick used to annoy and hurt me; today I see the love and support in it. And that is exactly what touches me.

I actually thought I was slowly “done” with my issues—haha… even though the big baggage is gone, there’s still plenty to do. And that’s exactly what makes the whole thing so exciting and alive.

THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart 💗 Walking this path with you has been the best decision of my life.

The Master Weekends are a real asset to me. The combination of theory and practice makes all the difference—I’m not just learning concepts, but how to apply them directly in my work with clients.
What I particularly appreciate is that this training also gives me, as a coach, the opportunity to resolve my own issues. For me, this is an important foundation for being able to work authentically and effectively.

I didn’t want to miss a single minute! This past weekend, I had work commitments right in the middle of the Master’s weekend. Due to my lack of experience, I hadn’t thought it was a big deal to leave in the middle of the Master’s program. As I left the meeting, I felt a sense of privilege at being able to have this incredible experience in the Master’s seminars. And I felt immense joy at being able to return to the Master’s program on the second day. And speaking purely from a professional standpoint, how many Master’s courses do I need to complete before I can achieve the same brilliance and clarity in MET work as Regina and Rainer? Every hour is a gain for me and my daily life.

The Master Weekend was once again incredibly informative, practical, and intensive, yet at the same time very mindful.
Working with Rainer and Regina is inspiring, professional, and authentic. I always feel well supported. The group also contributes enormously to the learning process: they are open, supportive, and full of valuable experiences. As a result, the training not only makes professional sense, but is also just a lot of fun.

I definitely made the right decision to sign up for the Master Training. The content from the one-year foundational training is applied in the Master program. The insights I’ve gained about myself, my issues, and my work through the Master program are incredible. And all of this is done with such empathy and sensitivity that I feel completely at ease. It may sound melodramatic, but after a year of living through periods of severe depression, I’ve now regained my old life—filled with joy, a zest for life, and a sense of purpose. I can see the bigger picture and am no longer a victim of my emotions.

The master training with you has truly been the icing on the cake for the knowledge and experiences I gained during the basic training.

I would like to express my heartfelt enthusiasm, appreciation, and gratitude for the MET Master Training led by Rainer and Regina Franke.

For me, this training is far more than just professional development. It is a transformative experience. The unique combination of an effective method and the in-depth mastery of a genuine therapeutic craft cannot be found anywhere else in this form. I was particularly impressed by how practical, clearly structured, and yet profound the content is.

Rainer and Regina Franke are outstanding instructors who share their knowledge not only competently but also with great passion, authenticity, and heart. In every moment, I feel their experience, their dedication, and their genuine joy in accompanying people in their development.

Throughout the entire training, I felt well-supported, seen, and inspired. It opens up new perspectives, both for one’s own personal development and for therapeutic work with others.
