We got a PV system including all connection work. From the first appointment to completion, everything went smoothly. The work was carried out by a young team with high professional competence. Despite the current challenges (delivery bottlenecks, high workload, CORONA sick leave), our relatively large project, which was also technically not easy to realize, was super implemented by ETEC. ETEC is very flexible, super committed and really cares about its customers. The employees make every effort - despite all the work - to answer inquiries and phone calls promptly. And if something goes wrong or an information is simply not available, they follow up and take care of a solution - we found that especially good!
