All the employees we dealt with were always very friendly and provided reliable information. The installation of the PV system went quickly. The offer and the execution coincided.
During assembly, you could feel the expertise of the staff.
It was very sauper worked and processed.
The support until the assembly was very good, incl. the info for the next steps.
Plus:
Quality of workmanship, expertise, pragmatism and price.
Minuses:
Postponements of deadlines, piecemeal execution, communication between managers to be improved, as well as communication with the customer.
I really had a lot of construction sites in and around my house and had to deal with many craftsmen for different trades. This construction site was the smoothest and most uncomplicated I have ever had. Within one day the entire PV system including inverter and storage was completed and commissioned! The new meter was also replaced promptly! The scaffolding was automatically erected two days before and dismantled the day after! High level of expertise and neatly executed work. Professional appearance and trustworthy reasoning. The time horizon from "order" to "execution" can be very exhaustingly long. But this is obviously not an isolated case and is currently unfortunately "common in the industry". The final implementation and the confidence in qualitative work as well as the support with formal issues let us overlook this. All in all, a clear recommendation!

Deadlines were met precisely.
Despite the very heavy workload at the moment, there was a very good and friendly customer approach during the installation.
We will gladly commission TK again in the future.
Absolute disaster. In our case, 2 motion detectors in the hallway were defective. For this, they have sent 2 electricians who have just pushed through the cables instead of replacing the motion detectors. For this, the 200 € have demanded. Have with now ordered 2 motion detectors that I will install myself.
We will recommend TK-Energietechnik with a clear conscience to all our friends and relatives and hope for a good cooperation with their company in the future.

The execution date in July 2023, which had already been specified in October 2022, was met exactly. On the agreed date, the work was carried out quickly and smoothly.
In the afternoon, a functioning plant including battery storage was handed over. The price framework was adhered to. The necessary notifications were carried out by TK and we were thus relieved.
Due to the good experiences we will clearly recommend the company TK.
The team from TK-Energietechnik did a very good and professional job. I would also like to emphasize the excellent follow-up support and the service even after completion of the job. In particular, the troubleshooting was exemplary. Many thanks for this.
