It was all very informative and up to date and gave very good suggestions for the day-to-day running of a law firm. Great and very relevant to practice! I would love to see more of this, as the day-to-day work of a law firm is becoming increasingly complex, even with mentally disturbed or mentally ill clients, so an information event like this can also be helpful if you have their letters and emails checked and run through ChatGPT, which you no longer understand. Things are recognized that a normal person simply can't figure out. We've just tried it out and we've already attended events on the subject of dealing with mentally ill clients. In our opinion, there is currently a great need for this here in the firm anyway!!!

Thank you for taking the time to give us your valuable feedback on the recent "ChatGPT for ReFas" seminar. We appreciate your openness and take your comments very seriously.
We are sorry to hear that you felt that the first part of the workshop was too long and slow and that the content of the second part was delivered too quickly from your point of view. We understand that a good balance in the delivery of the material is crucial, especially when participants have different levels of prior knowledge. We are happy to take up your suggestion to make the working material available in advance. This could indeed help all participants to follow the content better and to refer to specific content during the seminar.
As this was the first run of our seminar, there is certainly room for improvement. We strive to continuously improve the format and content of our workshops. Your feedback will help us a lot. I will forward your comments directly to the speaker so that we can optimize the experience for all participants in future sessions.
Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to welcome you back to one of our seminars soon and wish you every success in applying the skills you have learned.
Yours sincerely
