I did the online coaching "Art of Goal Setting" with Falk Münchbach. Mr. Münchbach took a lot of time, combined theory with a lot of practice and supported me creatively and in depth in my personal goal planning. Through the work with Mr. Münchbach, my goals moved from my head to my heart for the first time. The various strategies for formulating goals and implementing them helped me. I especially liked the analysis of the possible stumbling blocks and how to easily get them on board. Real motivation came out of this! Thank you for that!

It is definitely a leap into the unknown to engage in mentoring! Old patterns and convictions can be deep-seated, even if you don't even notice them at first. Mr. Münchbach always knows how to bring exactly those topics out of the woodwork that will help you move forward in the end. This process can take some time, but it pays off in the end.

Interesting way to define goals and to plan their implementation and to always keep an eye on what has been achieved and what still needs to be achieved. Important also the question: do the goals fit at all and actually to me and my life... or do I live according to the goals of others? And is it worth it?

For my first appointment at the Power System goal planning workshop I can give an honest through and through positive evaluation. In my career change and rethinking phase, this was a step that was absolutely worth it. It was exciting for me to see how a goal focus emerged from the cloud of wishes and chaos of thoughts. The possibilities inherent in the SMART formulation could already be recognized and applied. So in a way it goes quickly to the point, which is highly motivating.
Falk Münchbach advised me intensively with a lot of attention in a sympathetic way and helped me with his expertise to recognize a way and thereby even set my self-confidence straight. Absolute recommendation from me. Thank you very much Falk, I will come back to you.
