we have since oct. a wolf-combi-therme. from the first day, we have tried some things at the company wolf in experience to get. but neither on the phone, nor by mail, the MA had competent and knowledge of their own products. of the accessories, such as indoor sensor, etc. we do not even talk. for us, one had the impression that the FA Wolf with customers who have a problem, nothing wants to have to do. because every second sentence was: *ask your fitter* or *we will gladly reserve an adjustment service for you, but it costs ....*.
sorry, but that is for us neither customer service, nor customer service. the heaters are so well described (operating instructions) that even people who have studied have problems to understand. the simplest functions are not available at Wolf. so that you burn more gas than actually necessary!!!! but even on it you go with the company Wolf not at all. is also a problem, you pass over or answers so vague with the remark *we ask you here with the specialist company to consult ...* .
So for us this is a clear case of incompetence and listlessness of the MA. and not only with a MA!!!!!
