Employee took time for my request and advised me professionally and competently.
I got a replacement for my damaged frame without any complications; all I had to do was send a photo by mail. The broken frame did not even have to be sent back.

Well, there's nothing like personal advice. All service staff are super friendly, give honest advice and don't talk you up. And you can just tell the difference between good frames and the cheap ones from the chain store next door. Buy now rather there than to support some online giant.

Picture frame came late. No information about the delivery. Calls are never answered. Frame came damaged. Cheapest workmanship full of wood chips and cracked. Edges on the glass despite comparatively high price. Not again!

I am totally satisfied!!!
The ordered frame fits great, it completes and beautifies a canvas picture😍.
The dimensions fit perfectly! Everything you need to fix the picture and the bracket for the wall is included.

Will definitely make more orders here and recommend this great company!!!!

Customer service is exceptionally nice and helpful- quick to reach by email or phone.

Delivery was super fast and the picture frame arrived sooner than I expected (or hoped)....
You also get an email with a link that allows you to see the status of the shipment.

When measuring a canvas, I recommend taking a tape measure instead of a folding rule. Since it is much more accurate!
In my case it showed a difference of 0.7 cm.
In the end, the production company can't help it if I measured it wrong....
But fortunately the Monk in me has still reported in time :-)

We needed a picture frame for an unusual dimension and found it at Framago. Super offers, individual dimensions and for this a super price! We ordered the model Emma in black and are thrilled. We were contacted immediately when there were material shortages. And despite this, the picture frame arrived faster than the original waiting time indicated.
I would always order from Framago again and thank you for the great service!

Super frame, incredibly cheap compared to other suppliers, huge selection of profiles and colors, very good quality (due to the low price I did not expect the best quality), delivery extremely fast (not sure if 'my' two frames happened to be lying around already in stock).
Definitely ordering here again!
