Ho acquistato due mangiatoie automatiche: XXL e XL, i tempi di consegna sono stati più lunghi di quello che mi aspettavo, ma l'attesa ne è valsa la pena. Assolutamente soddisfatta, un prodotto che mi ha letteralmente cambiato la vita, niente più corse per il fieno, i cavalli sono sereni e indipendentemente da me, hanno 4 e più razioni di fieno. Non potrei più farne a meno ;) Grazie!
Very unfortunate that there is no response. Several emails were sent and also inquired about Facebook (message was demonstrably read). Unfortunately, until today (almost a year ago) not answered. Thus, a product of the competition was purchased. Apparently, this is not an isolated case, especially when it comes to foreign inquiries. Such ignorance is simply annoying!
Very sad we have 3 phones umpteen social channels etc. and we have answered everyone until today. With anonymous you do not know anything. Can also be a fake. We take care of every request. No one knows where you and how you would have requested
Everything is right, product, delivery, service I've been thrilled for years and my new timed hay box is a dream and makes the work incredibly easier.

received with massive delay products are fine. I am still waiting for a hay net (ordered in January). 1 time apparently returned at customs by DHL. Since then again radio silence. In between times reminder for payment received (in January all paid by credit card). On e-mail is generally not responded. On the phone (if someone is reached) rather unfriendly.
The Swiss customs did not let your goods (additional delivery of a net) through so we have an additional charge of 25.- €.
Nobody was unfriendly. I just wonder why you have to spread such a lie. We have almost 14000 customers and we take care of everyone. Only if Swiss customs rejects it and sends it back (without any stated reason) we can't help it.
I had ordered two Horsefeed Box Full Time Controlled last fall and received them on time. Already I have ordered three more boxes. Easy handling with the timer, very sturdy construction, wood is solid. So in short; I am very satisfied. Keep up the good work dear Futterplatzerl team.

Service catastrophically unfriendly. I canceled my order before delivery, because it would have taken over a week instead of 2-3 days, according to telephone information 4 days after ordering. Thereupon they became very very unfriendly and abusive. NEVER AGAIN!
The truth is ordered on 7.9.2021 - receipt of money Thursday 9.9.2021 and because it would have taken over the weekend you have canceled Ms. Brettl.
Package was already shipped we had to stop at DHL.
Money we have you without request on Friday the 10.9.2021 immediately transferred back.

I ordered a Horsefeedbox in May. Sent an email several times. Have not received a reply. Phone is not answered either.
The product was not shipped until July 10. Unfortunately, I have not received anything. DHL refused the package because it was damaged. Tried to call again today. Unfortunately could not contact you again. Have after 3 months still nothing received and am 222.00 € poorer.
Maybe now comes an answer.
Hello we have brought on 25 June your goods demonstrably to DHL Freilassing. The goods were neatly packed as all our products. Now on 03.08.2021 we hear from you via Whats App that the goods are returned because they have been damaged (After over 1 month?). DHL did not refuse a package or anything else. They have the package for over 1 month and now it is supposed to come back according to your Whats App. Until today, unfortunately, no goods have come back, even in the DHL tracking the package is delivered in Holland. We take care of it in any case immediately happy although we are actually on vacation this week.
I am very satisfied! I have already ordered for the second time and am again very satisfied! Unfortunately, I ordered a hay net a little too small and I can exchange it without what problems. Very nice customer service!

Since the order was placed on May 8, 2021, I have not received any feedback on my mail whether the payment was received. On the order history the amount is still open, although paid.
The box is great! We can control the weight of Mr. Fjord very well. The horse is much more balanced due to the regular feeding intervals.
Service, contact and everything in connection with Futterplatzerl runs super! In case of emergency, immediate help/support is there!
