I have sold a number of apartments over the past two decades. The performance of Guthmann Estate GmbH - in this case Phil Gries (Head of Sales) - was by far the best brokerage I have experienced. Profound expertise and market knowledge as well as realistic market assessment. Top commitment and a high degree of precision, reliability and adherence to deadlines. The whole paired with a high degree of flexibility, an always quick response (phone / email / WhatsApp) and a good dose of patience and calm. Wir haben bei Guthmann Immobilien in den vergangenen Jahren wiederholt Rat eingeholt. Im Nachhinein hat sich immer gezeigt, dass die Prognosen von Herrn Guthmann zutreffend waren, sowohl wirtschaftlich, wie politisch. Wir haben als Familie, die ein Mietshaus besitzt, über Jahre mit Herrn Guthmann auf den besten Verkaufszeitpunkt hin gearbeitet und den Verkauf nun sicher und zu unserer größten Zufriedenheit abgeschlossen. Eine bessere Empfehlung für Berlin gibt es aus unserer Sicht nicht. Vielen Dank.
