Upon inspection of the files, Mr. RW Hammer discovered that the proceedings had been discontinued, the opponent had commissioned the work. The district court had also informed Mr. Hammer of this. He concealed this and carried out unnecessary work amounting to over 2,500 euros. No competence in the matter, just cheating on fees by deceiving the client.
