I had a minor surgical procedure to remove a mole at Hautzentrum Berlin, along with a separate CO₂ laser treatment, and wanted to leave a review because I was genuinely impressed by the level of care.

What I appreciated most was the attention to detail. Before the surgery, the doctor walked me through what was going to happen, explained the procedure in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I knew what to expect. The surgery itself was handled very calmly and professionally, and I felt comfortable throughout. The instructions for looking after the wound afterwards were also very clear.

Something else worth mentioning is how well the practice is run. Everything was ready when I arrived, my appointment started on time, and the staff were attentive and helpful without making the whole experience feel overly formal. The facilities are modern and exceptionally clean, which is particularly reassuring when you're having surgery.

I also really liked the personal approach. The doctor was approachable, took my questions seriously and clearly cared about making the experience as easy as possible.

And as an Italian living in Berlin, being able to communicate in Italian or English as well as German is a welcome bonus!

It's still too early to judge the final healing, but as far as the surgery and the care I received are concerned, I couldn't have asked for better. A very well-run practice with people who clearly know what they're doing. Thank you to the entire team!

Everything was straightforward and well organized from the moment I arrived. The reception team was welcoming and friendly, the practice was spotless, and my appointment started right on time. No waiting around, no stress, just a smooth and efficient process.

The treatment itself was surprisingly quick, but I never felt that anyone was rushing. The doctor explained exactly what was going to happen, answered my questions and made sure I understood the aftercare instructions before leaving.

I also really appreciated how friendly and approachable everyone was. It's a very professional environment, but without that cold or impersonal feeling you sometimes get in medical practices.

One more thing worth mentioning is that the team speaks excellent English and Italian in addition to German. As an Italian living in Berlin, that's definitely a plus!

Before my first visit, I was informed in advance that I should please arrive a little early to take care of the necessary administrative matters. As a result, there were no delays in treatment, and the appointment times were kept. The staff provided excellent assistance with any questions I had.
During the medical examination, all my questions were answered clearly and comprehensively, and the next steps were discussed.
As a patient, I felt very well cared for by the staff and Dr. Bachmann.

Counseling and Education

I'm very satisfied with the practice, Dr. Bachmann, and his treatment team.
The ladies at the front desk, however, feel like they're in a league of their own. They tend to be brusque, very curt, and sometimes even snarky. Not pleasant. But if you can look past that, the practice is otherwise top-notch.

Very pleasant atmosphere and very friendly service. Dr. Bachmann conducts the examination with the utmost care and precision. He always responds to questions professionally and takes the time to answer them. His staff are just as friendly and courteous. I feel very well cared for.

I would especially like to highlight Dr. Bachmann’s friendly, attentive, and empathetic manner. You feel very well cared for medically and, at the same time, taken seriously as a person.

The practice itself also makes an excellent impression. It is modernly equipped, very well-maintained, and has an overall high-quality feel. The processes are well organized. Even if the reception staff occasionally seems a bit reserved, this is understandable given the practice’s operations and what is surely a high workload, and it does not detract from my very positive overall impression.

I can wholeheartedly recommend the Hautzentrum Berlin and, in particular, Dr. Frank Bachmann.

It's been a long time, but it was really great. Hopefully it'll continue at some point. It saved a lot of time and could even be done from home. My boss was really looking forward to it!
