From the very first moment, Mr. Weber stood by us with advice and support. He supported us very much with his competent and friendly manner in our house financing and we would like to thank him very much for that. Also for the extra shifts on the weekend! That was by no means a matter of course!

We can only say thank you. Fair honest advice, also because of our age (mid to late 50s).
Despite good equity, the first bank dragged our project to finance, you have to call here also quiet times by name: Volksbank BHV-Cuxland -( Thereupon we broke off the talks and thanks to Mr. Weber his second proposal, the financing was completed within just a few days with another bank.
For this our biggest thanks. Great work and communication. The fact that the positive answer reached us during our vacation in Majorca also doubled the pleasure.
We can only warmly recommend Mr. Weber and the company Hypofact. *****

Good day,

At first glance, it seems that a bot generated this rating. However, this is absolutely not the case. We are so satisfied with the work of Ms. Mick and Mr. Weber that we have no choice but to give this rating. We were especially amazed by the accessibility and the quick handling of our requests. In addition, this mediation can really adorn itself with "solution-oriented work", since our financing project is anything but simple and yet solutions are always sought. The only thing we can't say about the premises is that we have never been to the office. However, this is again a plus point, since we could regulate everything remotely and never had the feeling that it is mandatory to meet in person. Just a quick note for the online banking generation. We would definitely always recommend the HYPOFACT Bremerhaven regional office and would approach Ms. Mick and Mr. Weber for further financing projects. Very good work!
