In dialogue with your coach. Individually, personally, 1 to 1 and in private, that's how we work together on your next personal or professional step. This is important to us, because your JobCoach. focuses on you and your goals and is only there for you.
Flexible and personal. A wide range of courses and seminars, flexible in terms of content and customizable specifically for you, means that your goal remains in focus.
Learning groups were formed quickly and the lessons were easy to follow. My personal highlight was the learning support and also the rest of the team, who did everything to make learning as pleasant as possible. I have had several training courses but this one was the most pleasant so far. If I do another one, I would like to do it there.
Your JobCoach. to choose for my professional reorientation was probably the best decision of my life. I learned a lot about myself in the short time (36UE) that I was not aware of myself. My coach, Mr. Lüderwald, was always full of drive and yet flexible, so the meetings were always very constructive but not overwhelming.
Ms. Lüderwald convinced me of their concept in the initial meeting with her manner and nature. She then made the perfect choice with my coach. I felt picked up in my situation, got appropriate help and support, could get rid of all my questions and looked forward to the next appointment every time.
