With this seminar we are well prepared for the upcoming salary negotiations, also in terms of securing the regular payment flow. We will definitely start negotiations again with the help of IJOS. We find it particularly good to negotiate the future payment modalities up to the fee agreement and to put them down in writing in the conception, service description and, in the case of new occupancy, in the care contract. IJOS has been negotiating the fee agreements for us since 2016. We would like to be accompanied and represented by IJOS in all our concerns in the future as well.
