Dominik is a nice, competent broker, who - in my opinion (seller) tries to bring about the best solution for all parties.
Especially since he has sold a flood house in our case, he has earned part of the brokerage even with physical labor.
What could be a funny little side blow, of course, then turns out in reality so:
Dominik has been, among others, to clean up and clear out the house, about 6 days after the flood on site. He even drove or brought people in his vehicle in the middle of the mud. Together we shoveled mud and carried furniture.
By the way, this was free of charge, so not beyond the brokerage fee.
Thanks again for the help and effort!

it is a pity that you were not satisfied.
The house was offered in the opinion of a bank already so too expensive. When then 6 prospective buyers wanted to buy, we asked the seller to choose one.
This said that he would then like to sell to the highest bidder in the bidding sale.
In the bidding process, you always have the opportunity to increase your offer and thus have the chance to get the house.
We would find it unserious if all 6 interested parties would make a blind bid and one of them has offered far too much and then gets the object.
This was also openly communicated with all interested parties, as well as the seller. Transparency is always very important to us.
You are also welcome to call me so that we can talk about the matter again and thus clear up any misunderstandings.
Greetings
