During an inspection with Mr. Nessler, he distinguished himself with his open and clear words. Nothing was glossed over, but facts were presented and explained clearly, which I really appreciated.

The discussions about ideas for possible conversions were particularly helpful. Here, Mr. Nessler showed a deep understanding of the subject matter and was able to convince with his expertise and point out ideas for further planning.

Overall, Mr. Nessler left a very competent impression and I felt well informed and supported.

I have often worked with Mr. Nessler on interior and exterior
exterior work with Mr. Nessler on several occasions. You are always used to an extremely competent and very direct expert opinion and contact person. Whether during the construction phase or for acceptance, one thing is very important, Mr. Nessler is always at work with an extremely precise eye and great expertise. The old virtues of appreciation, respect, communication and friendliness are practiced here: Appreciation, respect, communication and friendliness.
He was also always available as a contact person for everything to do with real estate, without immediately pulling out the receipt pad during telephone calls or, in exceptional cases, on site. What is remarkable is that he always finds out what he doesn't know and where he can't help, he always has the number of the right contact person ready.
I look forward to working with him again!

Mr. Nessler as an appraiser when buying a house is a must! I am very happy to have made this decision to take an expert with me because I had no idea about so many things.
