Frau Heike Höf-Bausenwein war äußerst freundlich und hat sich sehr viel Zeit für uns genommen, um uns die "Digitale Personalakte" in allen erforderlichen Punkten nahe zu bringen. Auch Punkte, die nicht direkt verständlich schienen hat sie sehr gut erläutern und verständlich darlegen können. Es gab viele neue Punkte, die mir vorher nicht so bewusst waren und mir bei meiner Entscheidungsfindung außerordentlich geholfen haben. Eine bereits vorher fast sichere Entscheidung wurde nochmal komplett neu überdacht und umentschieden, da es einen deutlich besseren Lösungsansatz gab, den ich vorher nicht kannte.

Frau Höf-Bausenwein vermittelt das Gefühl, nach dem Gelernten völlig gestärkt und voller Tatendrang in den Berufsalltag zurückzukehren. Sie ist so optimistisch und gerade das Gefühl, das sie einem vermittelt, dass man in jedem etwas Gutes sehen soll und sich dadurch manchmal die eigene Ansicht bzw. Einstellung ändert, finde ich einfach bewundernswert. Und es funktioniert wirklich! Danke dafür!

Ich habe viel aus dem Seminar mitgenommen, es war immer spannend und aufschlussreich. Heike Höf-Bausenwein weiß, was sie kann und macht ihren Job mit Leidenschaft. Sie ist top strukturiert und hat immer auch Zeit, auf die individuellen Wünsche und Themen der Teilnehmer*innen einzugehen. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass es nicht mein letztes Seminar bei ihr war!
