Now that we have joined forces with JJ Footwear, a Company who has been designing women’s footwear for over 100 years, we are finally able to extend our collection to include narrow, regular or wide shaft boots. Not only that, we now offer regular and wide fitting ankle boots, regular and wide fitting shoes, wide and extra wide fitting sneakers, and not forgetting our collection of wide calf wellies. All of our collections come with flexible, non-slip soles and removable insoles.A unique FitAs many as 70% of women in the United States find it difficult trying to buy shoes and boots to fit their wide feet, petit, athletic, large or plus sized calves and or big ankles.We sold our first collection of boots with wide calf widths from a retail unit in New York, we addressed a significant number of consumer issues, but not all of them, so we decided to extend our collection and we launched www.widewidths.com in 1996. During this time your feedback demonstrated to us that calf width was not your only problem, so we started to explore how foot length, instep and ankle size impacted the fit of a boot. For us, the solution was simple: just as clothing has petit, standard and plus sizing fittings, we needed to curate a collection of boots in petite, standard and plus sizes fittings. Almost 30 years later, we are delighted to say we have the most versatile collection of footwear, in different width fittings, on the internet today. Here at WideWidths by JJ Footwear you’ll find wellies, sneakers, ankle boots and knee-high boots in sizes 5 to 13, in a variety of colors, leathers, and in petite, medium, large, extra-large, super wide and super plus wide calf width fittings.Today Wide Widths by JJ Footwear has developed a unique system where our designs are cut using four crucial measurements: instep, foot width, ankle circumference, and calf width. We offer the most comfortable and perfectly fitting range of boots with regular shafts, wide shafts, narrow shafts, regular ankle boots, wide ankle boots, wide fitting sneakers, and wide shaft wellies. In addition, the designs are available in a variety or colors and finishes which enable you to style your favorite outfits your way, exactly as you like them.
