Has everything worked quickly and smoothly. The only thing that bothers me is the current price of wood, but you can not help that. Very nice and dry wood. I'm looking forward to the winter and fire up the fireplace.

The delivered firewood does not have the quality as in previous years. We had ordered a total of 4.8 SRM firewood beech 33cm. The delivery was stacked on pallets as usual. When moving to the cellar, we found that in the middle layers of the pallets, not visible from the outside, several pieces of hornbeam and also "Gammelholz" was stacked. This does not correspond to the claim"to deliver firewood in best quality" and also not to the experiences of the last years. Too bad.

The order and delivery were processed and implemented quickly. However, when the wood arrived, it was partly moldy and the logs were of different lengths. As for the mold, I have complained to JSM by mail. To date, there has been no response.

Even if I can understand the processing of messages due to the current situation, but not to respond at all is not possible - goods were delivered 2 months (!) After payment and did not correspond to the ordered quality. Length wrong ( too short, in the inner part of the pallet, only when reloading this could be noticed) and a part ( about 10%) was already angegammelt. Price was very strongly increased. No recommendation, as hard as the situation may be, there is no solution here.
