Christina Stellmacher, my coach, really optimized everything that needed optimizing. From my application materials and resume to important connections I hadn’t even realized before—her support helped me understand so much.

She took a lot of time to explain everything to me in detail and worked with great dedication to support me as best as possible. I particularly appreciated her empathy and her genuine interest in seeing me make progress.

Thanks to her help, I was able to identify and eliminate the specific issues that had previously led to—or could have led to—mistakes in the application process. Overall, the coaching helped me tremendously, and I would absolutely recommend it to others.

I had a great first meeting with Sven. That was already very helpful for me with regard to my documents and LinkedIn profile and the subsequent appointments with Christine were super helpful with lots of tips and support for me.
I didn't find a job straight away, but I'm more confident now and my documents have improved considerably as a result

I really enjoyed the direct exchange with the coach. I was able to ask questions about the content of the video academy and also get direct feedback on my application documents in the video call.

In principle, I think the content of the video academy is very good. However, the videos could do with an overhaul or should at least be re-recorded. It seems a bit dubious to get tips on how to present yourself in a job interview when your own recorded videos use filler words or don't get to the point.

Overall, I was able to expand my understanding of the "customer side" significantly. So it was a success for me.

I had only ever had one coaching session where minimal tweaks were made to my CV and cover letter and I didn't feel that it made a big difference. With the help of Karrierehelden, I radically redesigned my application documents and am delighted with the result. I now also feel very well prepared for job interviews. Super coaching!

I had thought I was well prepared for the application process - but during the coaching with the career heroes, I quickly realized that there was still a lot of potential for improvement. I was particularly impressed by how specifically my coach improved my application documents and helped me to set the right focus in my job search.

Thanks to the collaboration, I was able to significantly reduce the effort I put into preparing for job interviews and now appear much more confident.

Communication with Karrierehelden itself was quick and smooth and very friendly, my coach was super competent and very nice. I also think the academy is a great help, but for personal reasons I wasn't able to make full use of it. All in all, it was a great help in finding a suitable job and preparing for starting work.
