In my opinion, the listen, read, speak method works very well. By repeatedly repeating words embedded in a story, you eventually remember the words. About the app: when it works, it works well. However, I had a few minor problems: at the beginning, I had to reinstall the app in order to log in.
The language immersion is very good, but a pause button would be helpful (everyday distractions, e.g., doorbells). What didn't work twice was the repetition of a lesson. After clicking on the repeat message, there was no sign of it the next day. The app simply marked the lesson as successfully completed. Repeating the lesson later was difficult because it wasn't easy to find. Suggestion: make it easier and always possible to repeat events. The start of an event sometimes begins with a page in English where you are supposed to mark words you don't understand. That never worked, so I always skip this page at the beginning. At the end of an event, the page works well. However, marking the words for the following texts does not work this way. All in all, I think the idea and implementation of learning a language in a brain-friendly way is very good and, above all, easy to integrate into everyday life (30-45 minutes per day is realistic; 20 minutes is too short, especially if you include the language shower). I am very optimistic about my further learning progress, even though the more strenuous part is still to come: sticking with it and speaking myself. Thank you!

Thank you for your detailed feedback and for taking the time to describe your experience in such detail. I can understand your points and understand that the seminar format did not meet your expectations. At the same time, I would like to address a few aspects:
The seminar was designed as an intensive overview, and the scope and format were communicated as such in advance, in my view. I am aware that such a concept is not ideal for every type of learner - some prefer a weekly format with more room for processing, others appreciate the compact delivery with the opportunity to work through the material at their own pace.
Regarding the questions during the seminar: I think it's important to address participants' concerns as they arise. This creates understanding and makes the content directly applicable. The fact that some topics took up more space as a result was due to the dynamics of the group - this is also part of a lively seminar. I also responded to your questions in detail at all times.
With a diverse group of participants with different needs and learning preferences, it is unfortunately not possible to meet everyone's needs equally. I regret that the format was not right for you. On the other hand, I am very sure that you will be able to experience a further deepening of the topic of "interpreting your feelings" through the diverse and deep impulses in everyday life.
Best regards and best wishes,
Joshua
