A fast, professional execution, and the price / performance ratio is TOP!
Every time again! This time it was about the de-cluttering of a property. Should a move be imminent, then only with Krügel Logistics. Too bad that I only have 5 stars to give.

Mr. Krügel and his team just squeezed our big and far move in between and did an excellent job under enormous time pressure. A lot of furniture was auctioned (proceeds still pending), furniture that was no longer needed was disposed of and everything was reassembled on site and professionally unloaded.
Only the price was very high compared to other companies, but due to the short notice fully justified. We are very happy to have made the move with Mr. Krügel and his team.

About price / performance I can not judge, because our property management had to pay the company. But the friendliness, the service, the work were excellent. Any pre-existing damage to our furniture was pointed out directly and not a single piece was broken or damaged during the entire move! If I ever need a moving company again, it will definitely be Krügel again.

We had water damage and the company Krügel was hired by the landlord, so some reviews are missing above.
I have never seen such a carefully acting moving company. Even after many hours, the guys were careful and prudent at all times. The cabinets they set up stand better than before. Spontaneous changes in the location of the cabinet set up were not a problem. The stored furniture came back without any damage. We still had bulky waste, the taking of which was offered and, quite naturally, taken. The order was to clear out a complete floor, dismantle the cabinets, put everything in storage and bring it back including the installation of the cabinets. The company is highly recommended.

We moved and during the move it turned out that we have more things than expected. Kai Krügel was totally relaxed and organized everything perfectly. We bought the guys a meal and helped out a bit and everything went like clockwork! Even in our new home, the guys from Krügel helped out when we had to crawl into a deep hole to read the water and we still wanted to rearrange furniture in the house. I never want to move again without the guys! Thank you so much for everything!!!

For professional reasons, I always like to come back to Krügel: one hundred percent customer-oriented and reliable. This time, a (really!!) cluttered apartment had to be made habitable again and meet the requirements of the property management. Starting with the scheduling of the appointment (availability by phone guaranteed or prompt callback) to the personal conversation with the tenant concerned to the organization of trades for the purpose of repair and basic cleaning, what the company Krügel delivered was again service in one cast. Many, many thanks! They have outdone themselves again.
Absolutely recommendable for all who value quality at reasonable prices.

The move went smoothly. I have rarely experienced a contractor who devotes himself to his task with so much dedication, joy and humor and delivers perfectly. We also found his treatment of his employees remarkable. Appreciation and patient leadership and control in what is normally perceived as a rather "rough" industry. We are completely satisfied and, moreover, have never laughed so much during a move. We can highly recommend Krügel Logistics and will always move again with Kai Krügel :)

Extraordinarily speedy decluttering. Quick and uncomplicated removal by very polite and friendly staff, who also handled special requests immediately. A very humorous boss who was available with advice and assistance to everyone. The cleared house was left clean and tidy. Even dowel holes were smeared. We can recommend this company with a clear conscience and with great pleasure.
