I actually thought highly of Lars until three products I purchased from him were a complete failure. The email campaign to 7,500 addresses, the freebie bombardment, and the e-book publication were all for nothing, with not a single response or sale. The e-book publication was largely in Lars' hands. The e-book came from me; it was supposed to be optimized by Lars and provided with backlinks to generate relevant infinite traffic. Nothing of the sort happened. Interventions with his employee Harry were dismissed; he couldn't help it that there was no market for it (despite his optimization). For a review, I was allowed to choose a product from his VIP area. My desired product was rejected because it was a service. Further support is being denied and my emails are no longer being answered, according to Harry. Anyone who treats their customers this way can no longer call themselves a win-win marketer; the "win" for their customers has to be crossed out. This is all about sales.
