I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kässmann!
He performed a breast augmentation with implants on me in January 2023.

My "special case" was that I had a breast reduction performed in 2005 (at 20 years) in another clinic and was also super 😊 happy with it all these years, but unfortunately age and gravity do not stop with me. In addition, there was weight loss.
I felt the last few years increasingly unwell, meanwhile I had a maximum of a small A-cup😕.
Since Dr. Kässmann has a top reputation here in the Cologne region and also uses the Hall-Findlay method of reduction (which I had in 2005), I turned to him.

Despite or rather JUST because of this challenge, Dr. Kässmann convinced me immediately and confirmed that I was indeed "not an easy case" with this constellation 🙈
This consultation was so comprehensive and trusting that I almost immediately made the next possible surgery appointment.

Now, 7 months later, I couldn't be happier! 🥰
I received 315 ml implants per side, giving me a perfect 75C cup. The symmetry of my breast has also been restored and it fits my body perfectly.

The decision to put myself in the hands of Dr. Kässmann was the best decision I could have made here! Especially in my case, it could have gone neatly wrong.

Thank you for the new feeling of life. I know this sounds exaggerated but my breasts were really terrible. Only flaps of skin that
hanging. And that at the age of 35.
Lost 2 pregnancies and 65kg in body weight, leaves a lot of skin. 2 Ops I still plan this year/early next year.
