Seit Februar 2020 vermittelt uns Frau Malcher kompetente Betreuerinnen zur häuslichen Betreuung für meine Eltern, welche durch ihre Demenz meiner Mutter und der Krebserkrankung meines Vaters nicht immer einfach war.
Alle auftretenden Probleme hat Frau Malcher zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst. Wir sind sehr dankbar, für die gute Unterstützung .
Ich kann die Märkische Seniorenhilfe wirklich mit einem guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen .

Frau Malcher war jederzeit ansprechbar und immer um schnelle Lösungen bemüht. Wenn sie mal nicht erreichbar war, dann hat sie zeitnah zurückgerufen. Die durch sie ausgewählten Pflegekräfte waren für uns sehr gut ausgewählt. Frau Malcher hat sich um alle unsere Belange gekümmert, aber auch kontinuierlichen Kontakt zu den Pflegekräften gehabt, was sich bei uns im Haus immer positiv ausgewirkt hat. wir waren der Meinung, dass diese "Betreuung" auch der Pflegekräfte sehr förderlich für alle Beteiligten war, da diese Damen ja hier auch weit weg von ihren Familien sind und sich immer wieder auf neue Kunden einstellen müssen. Wir hatten eine Rundumbetreuung durch Frau Malcher und werden natürlich auch weiter immer gerne mit ihr arbeiten.
