The Locatec company has an extremely competent, friendly and professional employee in the measuring technician Daniel Schütz. In particular, his ability to quickly and at the same time accurately locate the damage and not jump to conclusions should be emphasized. His friendliness is also shown in respecting the clientele and complying with the request to wear a mouth/nose protection for the purpose of infection control. Overall, the unflappability and precision in leak detection is impressive. Even at unusual times, Mr. Schütz is available by phone, friendly in his communication, immediately familiar with the subject matter and ready to provide information. I am pleased to have found in Mr. Schütz a measuring technician with integrity and reliability at Locatec. T.Schumann

The service employee was already on site the next day. Although the conditions were difficult, he did not give up until the leak had been cleared. After taking the photos for the insurance company, he was able to seal the leaking water provisionally. Over the entire period he was extremely friendly, competent and had informed me very detailed about his approach and all circumstances. The damage was filmed, documented and forwarded to the insurance company the next day. Due to his clean working method with vacuum cleaner, he had left almost no dirt.
