It was a wonderful week of vacation. The group leaders, Lino and Natalie, did an excellent job of conveying the topics and engaging all the participants. The participants’ individual concerns and requests were heard, respected, and addressed.
This mindful and attentive approach was very compelling. Each person was recognized and accepted for who they are, whether it was their first time or they’d been coming for years. Their enthusiasm for what they do was just as evident as their extensive background knowledge and wealth of experience.

The retreat with Natalie and Lino was a wonderful and consistently safe space for learning. I am deeply moved by the great mindfulness and care with which they designed and led the seminar. As a “beginner,” the great freedom and voluntary nature of the experience gave me a strong sense of security at all times. A beautiful sense of connection developed within our group, along with plenty of space for genuine interaction. And the evenings we spent together were a lot of fun, which made “going to bed early” quite a challenge ;) I’d love to do it again!

I’ve been attending seminars at pravahi regularly for three years. She pays close attention to the participants and creates safe spaces. At ompio, I really liked the schedule, which had us doing group exercises in the morning and evening. However, there was one exercise that I personally found intrusive because, in my opinion, some participants had behaved in a way that crossed boundaries. I would have liked to see more guidance on respecting personal boundaries both in the instructions for the exercise and during the activity itself. To me, the setting didn’t feel safe. Nevertheless, I can still recommend pravahi’s events.

It was another great week of vacation. My second one this year. Even with a group of nearly 50 people, the organizers always manage to create a welcoming atmosphere and make everyone feel included. Kudos to them. As a single man, I’d prefer to see more single participants, since the couples unfortunately don’t usually open up. Other than that, I’d gladly come back anytime!

Above all, what I took away from this week was the confidence to express intimacy outwardly and to open up more in relationships. It was wonderful to be able to experience this in a supportive environment.
Chakra breathing was a special highlight for me. I experienced it as an intense and healing experience.

One thing Pravahi said really stuck with me: that the tantric path can lead to an appreciative community and, as a result, to a more peaceful way of living together.

You’ve encouraged me to integrate tantric values into my life. That was another step in my personal development.

Pravahi-Tantra creates wonderful spaces for connection in a completely natural way. I really felt and recognized myself again. I was able to let go and be myself as a woman, and I had so many mindful encounters, especially with men.

It was another wonderful week of vacation at Lake Orta. This time with a relatively small group (20 participants). The program was a mix of tried-and-true activities and new ones. And there were plenty of opportunities to step out of our comfort zones.
