What I appreciate most about Ralf Heske is his empathetic and respectful manner. With his calm, pleasant voice, he creates an atmosphere in which you immediately feel at ease and in good hands. His extensive experience as a coach quickly becomes apparent.
The training program is clearly structured, practical, and works surprisingly well even online. The materials are very helpful and of high quality. I can also highly recommend his book *4 Questions That Change Everything*, which is a valuable reference for me and a great complement to the training.
What I particularly appreciate about Ralf is his authenticity and his ability to convey even challenging topics in a way that’s both understandable and engaging. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to thoroughly learn and experience The Work. Doris

The basic course on Tuesday evenings was a real highlight for me in January. Ralf is an extremely sensitive teacher, which makes you feel confident enough to tackle even tricky topics quickly in The Work. What makes him special is that you can really tell he lives and loves this work. He has gone through many, many processes himself and has truly experienced the effectiveness of The Work. This is what makes him and his courses so authentic and true to life. These four evenings of the basic course alone have made me calmer, more relaxed, and more stable. And I am now looking forward to delving even deeper into this wonderful work with Ralf Heske.

The base seminar for The Work was great. As a newbie I was able to experience the real thing and Ralf was very good at onboarding the group. Especially witnessing how hew did a full work with a participant was enlightening. The only thing I was struggling with, and I assume it's because I did not dive into the homework enough, was how to connect the dots from method to worksheets and actual application.

For quite some time I was confused how the worksheets like JYN etc. connects to the different types of thoughts, questions and turn-arounds. Maybe I missed it but what would have helped me a lot would have been a 1-page overview in how all these pieces fit together: 1. FOUNDATIONS: Stressful thoughts = Emotions 2. COLLECT: How to gather stressful thoughts 3. TOOLS: how to use the worksheets for each type of thought JYN, Believes, etc. 4. WORK: how to go through each of the points in the worksheets depending on the type Thank you Ralf for the great sessions. Warm regards Francois

I would never have believed that four online sessions could provide such deep insight into The Work. Something changed after just the first three hours. Hard to believe, but true! Ralf manages to give every participant space. You feel seen and heard.

I had known about The Work for a long time, but it was only after the workshop with Ralf Heske that the work with it and, above all, the results gained in intensity. I recommend it to anyone who is ready to change their habits.

Yes, I would definitely recommend the Emotional Release Retreat from the bottom of my heart. Of course 5 stars. It was a shared healing and learning journey that could not have been more intense and at the same time safer and more beautiful. The space held was protective and gentle. Ralf Heske's clear, loving guidance is part of his own decades of experience and his own inner path. Every participant was welcome and every process had its own space. What happened there cannot really be put into words. A virtuoso clear "The work process". Feelings about scenes and thoughts, some of which had been believed for decades, were allowed to be expressed in the midst of witnesses, with the help of the simplest tools and the completely silent presence of chosen representatives. And when it came to finding and exploring the sometimes intense feelings, the world was a different place than before. I still remember - one aspect of "my work" was this deeply rooted feeling of guilt from a Catholic childhood. When Ralf asked: "Can you see how innocent ...". This delicate hint of an inkling that I wasn't guilty at all - I can't put it into words. These realizations were then allowed to reach my body, my voice. It's like a delicate field of blossoming flowers.
The very harmful thoughts for me lost their effect. The world became round and beautiful again and after my own inner war, I put all my weapons/thoughts aside and allowed myself to live deeply, to love, to laugh, later to dance and to be gratefully quiet and humble here and there.
And each witnessed process of others, was as precious as my own. Every role in which I was allowed to sit still and present was an important human experience. Thank you Ralf and you other thousands.

Thank you very much for this great online basic seminar and the professional, empathic support from Ralf. Even though I was already somewhat familiar with the Work, I learned a lot of new things and experienced the Work as a wonderful path of insight. The seminar was super structured and very helpful in effectively examining the jumble of stressful thoughts and experiencing more and more lightness. I am very impressed by how quickly perception can change through the Work.

Ralf's communication of the Work and his support and motivation during and between the sessions were super good. I really enjoyed the basic seminar with Ralf: Ralf is a very experienced coach who passes on his knowledge in an unagitated, friendly, human and at the same time highly professional manner.
