Yoga with Ramona is the ideal place for me to come down after a long day at school and recharge my batteries for the rest of the week. Above all, it brings me into a balance, which I otherwise sometimes find difficult to find in stressful school weeks. I have also been able to build a better relationship with my body and I now know how to better balance my body and my mind. The program is always tailored to me and my wishes, and it is also sometimes flexible to suit our current needs or problem areas.
In search of a break from everyday life paired with personal development "Yoga in the mountains 2023" with Ramona came just right! She has shown a knack for an incredible location and managed to pick up every single participant where they are and also to respond individually to us participants in the day design. Every day I was able to welcome the day with a yoga class at dawn and enjoy the culinary diversity of the hut at the breakfast buffet and three-course dinner menu. At the same time, I was able to rise above myself, in that as an absolute mountain novice with a fear of heights I was
was guided professionally and safely to the summit - an indescribable experience! I can only thank you again and again! Continuation / repetition absolutely desired :)
Ramona's yoga classes are always very energizing and I have already been able to take away a lot and make progress. Ramona is an absolute heart person and this is also reflected in the atmosphere of her yoga classes.
Ramona has now accompanied me therapeutically for almost a year and dissolved things in me that have tormented me my whole life. Especially in hypnosis she has helped me to penetrate into unknown depths of my self. Such experiences are priceless and absolutely healing.
I have participated in several Ashtanga yoga classes with Ramona and have also done Yin-&Kundalini-Yoga with her over a longer period of time. She teaches both with convincing competence and personal attention to each of her students. Yin&Kundalini is an ideal balance to harder sports, like in my case, kickboxing. In addition, it is a disease preventive measure. - I can only say: Highly recommended!
Ramona met me with a lot of sensitivity and authenticity, so that I immediately felt absolutely comfortable and understood. The atmosphere and her approach are focused and efficient without losing the human focus. Thank you for your great work!
I regularly take part in yoga classes. Through the different directions you are totally flexible depending on your own condition (calm or more movement) and it's just fun and totally relaxing.
I also enjoyed the hypnosis sessions. Although I didn't quite want to believe in it at first, a lot of it worked unconsciously in me and solved some of my inner problems. I was totally surprised what is possible.
You can talk to her about your problems and fears and you always have the feeling that she understands you, does not judge you in any way and gives the right impulses.
Ramona is a super great yoga teacher! She does a great job. She sees us ! She loves what she does, I can feel that. You can recommend her wholeheartedly! I feel very good in her class.
Movement and tension have improved. Through hypnosis according to the Simpson Protocol, I have dropped a lot of weight.
Highly recommended.

With back pain and tension I became aware of the yoga classes of Ramona Kamm at that time.
Already after the first sessions it was clear to me that I not only felt better physically, but that I definitely wanted to continue with the practice. The classes are perfect to switch off, listen to yourself and be amazed at how you develop physically as well as mentally through consistent participation. The classes are simply fun. Ramona Kamm brings the exercises perfectly across and is very attentive so that one performs the individual training sessions correctly. The challenging yoga practice brings the desired relaxation. The classes with her are a lot of fun. I can recommend her with a clear conscience.

I have been doing yoga with her for about 2 years now (with a break when I noticed how out of balance I was getting). At first I couldn't imagine online classes working so well. If we didn't live so many kilometers apart, I would definitely drop by for a coffee every week :-)
