Admittedly, I was very skeptical at first, but I still wanted to give it a try before paying some collection agency a high commission on the money we are entitled to.
Specifically, it's about a flight (3 people) from Germany to Turkey with over 3 1/2 hours (outward flight)
The form is very clearly laid out & was filled out quickly.
A short time later I received an e-mail from Ratis confirming that the application for compensation had been sent to the airline, including a copy of the application.
I then contacted Ratis twice more with questions. Each time the gentleman was very friendly & very helpful
