We wanted to make a claim for a considerable flight delay (5 hours in total) and were looking for legal advice. While researching on the Internet, I came across the Sue-it-yourself portal and found everything on the Ratis site very attractively presented and explained. It was tempting that the offer was supposed to be free, that would be too good to be true... I watched a Ratis YouTube about the matter and then simply filled out the form and sent it off. I had nothing to lose. Everything was forwarded to the airline and to me at lightning speed. Within a short time, I received confirmation of receipt from the airline. Now, two weeks later, I have received notification from the airline that I will receive compensation. Incredibly good!!! There is certainly no easier way to get your rights than this. I am completely thrilled! I would award many more stars for this service, but unfortunately it stops at 5 stars. Should we ever need legal advice again, I would definitely turn to Ratis first!
