Over the past 40 years, ROLF Fensterbau has developed from a one-man business into the largest window manufacturer in the Rhineland. To this day, high-quality products and excellent service are our top priority. Currently, over 100 employees... contribute to fulfilling every customer request - whether it's a private construction project or a commercial renovation project. From consulting and production to installation and administration: customer satisfaction is what drives us. Every day, we manufacture around 300 windows and doors in our Hennef production facility according to individual customer requirements. With all the PVC-U windows we have produced over the past 40 years, we could span the globe today.
Thank you for your feedback. The order placement and processing with the tenants took place within four weeks. We understand that a shorter time is desirable. We try to process all requests as quickly as possible to accommodate all customers. It is a shame that this has resulted in a 2/5 star rating. We will continue to work on our "delivery time". After 3 months, the roller shutter motor has finally been replaced. The back and forth with the order confirmation to be signed is very tedious and when the order supposedly hasn't arrived, you can only shake your head. The procedure is very bureaucratic, but the work was carried out very competently and very well.
The handling of the order was good. Delivery took place within the announced time.
What was not mentioned when the order was placed was that we ourselves were responsible for sealing the 4 patio doors. We were only informed of this during installation. If we had known this beforehand, a roofer could have been found. As it was, there was still a 6-8 week delay in completion. We were also not aware of the enormously high costs for the waterproofing. It was dismissed a little; "it still needs to be sealed"
It would have been more professional to point this out in advance, or even to offer a roofer who could be arranged.
Communication about the remaining work was slow. Sometimes one department didn't know what the other had done. There were no callbacks.

After two local companies were unable to carry out the repair, Rolf Fensterbau immediately had the solution at hand and completed the work much faster than expected. As a result, the costs were also lower than previously calculated.

Unfortunately, my personal experience is not very good
Reason
One window only provisionally installed (delivered window too small) new installation date on 18.04.24.
All insect screen frames were the wrong size and had to be taken away again
Glazing bead on one window does not sit correctly
was also criticized no reaction to remedy the defect.
I have sent two emails to the installation manager to date no response to my emails.
First of all, we would like to apologize for the bad circumstances. Unfortunately, the insect screens were measured during the measurement and we understand that this should not actually happen. Due to the special color, we are unfortunately dependent on significantly longer delivery times from our profile manufacturer, which you have also been informed of. We were able to agree a new installation date together on April 18, when all the rework will be completed. A flawless installation despite rework is important to us. The period from the request to the repair is far too long - 4 weeks. It takes forever to process the order. There was nothing wrong with the execution of the repair and everything was perfect.
