In 1995 we started with the distribution, production and installation of Neher insect screens and light well covers. Products that meet the customer's needs, an uncomplicated and flexible order processing as well as the free and competent advice at your site, distinguish the Rutschmann AG. The company was able to develop steadily.
Everything generated automatically is efficient, but not only good on construction sites. For example, appointments should be made in person, invoicing with the advance payment and automatic sending of the invoice for public contracts difficult.
The only thing was that I had to follow up several times on a query until I received an answer. But otherwise everything perfect :-) We are very satisfied.
The advice and also the installer were very competent and very friendly.
We are also very grateful that we were accommodated in the price, but for a rental apartment it is still very expensive.
Of course, we still appreciate the quality and work very much.
After first the wrong grids were delivered, the error was handled correctly without complications and without much discussion. Advice 4 instead of 5 stars, because grids were measured incorrectly. But very friendly and pointed out that new grilles would be useful. Very pleasant staff.
