We are very satisfied with the result, the co-worker has made a beautiful job. That alone would be five stars.
Whenever I gave less than five stars at the evaluation, it was because of the way of communication, which I was not always satisfied with. First, we received an approximate estimation of the costs, which we could use for orientation at choosing between the different stores. After having an appointment for discussing the details and measuring, we expected an exact offer, but for a month, we did not receive anything and we could hardly reach the store by email or by phone. After a month, we received the same approximate offer as for the first time. Then after another month we received directly the "Order confirmation", which showed more than 10% more sum and the information that the furniture was only ready next year (it added more to the price because of the 16 to 19% tax change). Again, it was not easy to reach them, but at the end we could talk.
Long story short, I found the lack availability and the pricing annoying, but I cannot compare it with other service providers, and I can assume it would not be better. The result is very nice, the co-worker was very friendly and worked very clean and they kept the promised delivery time. Thus, I can still recommend them.
