I’m really happy with the new solid wood parquet flooring in my living room. The long wait was worth it. At Stark Home, I received very courteous advice and service. All my questions and concerns were taken seriously and answered patiently and kindly. The installation was completed very quickly and neatly. A minor touch-up was also handled promptly even after the invoice had been paid. Stark is a great neighbor here in Poppenbüttel!

We received excellent and professional advice from Ms. Anja Neumann at Star Home. She took plenty of time and provided us with expert support.
The on-site installation of the pleated blinds and mosquito screens by Mr. Ehlberg also went flawlessly. He worked very thoroughly and quickly, and was always friendly and courteous.
We are completely satisfied and would gladly return.

My severely neglected strip parquet flooring was in desperate need of a major overhaul. Mr. Lemmermann and Mr. Schwarz repaired, sanded, oiled, and glued down the baseboards—it was such a joy to watch. It looks really beautiful again now, with a warm, rich hue—not perfect as if cast from a single mold, but like an old parquet floor with history and character, lovingly maintained and restored. I can also wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Grelck as a consultant and point of contact. He returned calls and provided solutions promptly. Thank you for the excellent craftsmanship and top-notch service!

We are absolutely thrilled with our shopping experience at Stark Home! Ms. Skiba won us over right from the start with her warm and knowledgeable advice. She really took the time to help us, patiently answered all our questions, and provided excellent support in choosing our new bed.
We were particularly impressed that Ms. Skiba even followed up with us by phone—that shows genuine dedication and a true commitment to customer service! You can tell that customer satisfaction is truly close to her heart.
There was a minor hiccup with the delivery at first—unfortunately, they didn’t deliver our bed, but only the correct headboard. But what really impressed us was that the problem was resolved the very same day! The delivery staff themselves were also extremely courteous and helpful; we felt well taken care of in every situation.
The bed is simply great, and we are completely happy with our decision. We highly recommend Stark Home and Ms. Skiba in particular—you rarely find service like this! 🙏

We would like to express our sincere thanks to the entire team at Stark. Originally, we had only planned to buy a new bed. However, Ms. Skiba from the bedding department impressed us so much with her expertise and exceptionally friendly manner that our project ended up becoming much more extensive.

We subsequently decided to have Stark install new carpeting and custom-make new curtains as well. Mr. Grelck took charge of coordinating the work and was always available to us as a point of contact. Thanks to his organization, all the work on-site was carried out professionally and smoothly.

The carpet we ordered was not delivered on the agreed date. After several inquiries on our part, the delivery date was canceled. We then picked up the goods ourselves. When we placed the order, the salesperson spent more time looking at his laptop than talking to us. We thought we were supporting a local supplier, but unfortunately it was not a successful experience.

5 stars We visited numerous stores in Hamburg and the surrounding area, but nowhere did we receive such competent and friendly advice as we did at Stark Home from Mr. Grelck. He had the right solution for every question we had about our new construction project and made us feel completely at ease and in good hands right from the start. We were particularly impressed by how comprehensively he showed us all the options—from beds to curtains to sun protection. A lovingly designed store for furnishings and living with lots of special decorative items for a cozy home. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the service is simply great. My focus today was on the reduced Christmas merchandise - and I found some beautiful and unusual Christmas bargains at half price. Really recommendable, the next Christmas can come ;-)
