Without a doubt: Stefan Kuchenbauer is one of the best trainers I have ever met.
We have been working with Stefan Kuchenbauer for over a year now. Our collaboration is divided into two areas: dealing with corporate strategy issues and developing our employees. Due to his comprehensive knowledge, we have not yet found a topic in which he has not at least had an intellectual approach to a solution for us.
I would like to emphasize the following qualities:
- He always aligns his actions with the well-being of our company and focuses on positive further development.
- He treats our employees with great respect: He takes enough time, questions statements to encourage reflection and lives a positive view of humanity towards everyone. Confidential matters remain confidential. Is he punctual? Logically. Always.
- He has a sense of humor. Despite the seriousness of the issues, it is simply fun to work with him.
Stefan Kuchenbauer prepares his training sessions perfectly in terms of content and methodology. He gives room for thematic deviations and then leads back to the clear thread. He communicates openly, understandably, works with linguistic images and involves the participants through questions, demonstrations and exercises. Furthermore, he emphasizes the use of different media (flipcharts prepared and developed live, pictures, stories, videos). Other participants therefore summarize his trainings as entertaining and interesting. Due to his high empathy ability, he gains the trust of our employees, so that they also get involved in new and unknown topics.
In personal collaboration, I find Stefan Kuchenbauer to be a very pleasant conversational partner and source of inspiration. Agreements are uncomplicated, I can rely on commitments. All participants of his trainings receive the contents for follow-up; the flipcharts developed in the training are photographed and incorporated into the already graphically appealing documents.
All in all, it can be said that we have found a very good partner/mentor/companion on a corporate strategy level and that our employees are questioning their daily actions even more than before in order to make the best possible use of their available time.
