Each group member presented several of his or her own talks to the group. Perceptions of these presentations were communicated to the group member first by the group and then by him in an appreciative manner. Here the strengths and also the optimization possibilities became apparent. The practical examples and learning materials were also prepared professionally. Everyone in the group had their say and a nice group dynamic developed. I am looking forward to the next eventful training sessions with Thomas.

The seminar content is taught in a very practical manner, and active training and the participants' own application of the acquired content are given high priority. The seminar documents handed out provide the opportunity to refresh new as well as known contents or to deepen them further. Overall, a very successful seminar with many interesting approaches for practice.

Thomas is a very sympathetic and pleasant trainer who, through his expertise and know-how, brings important characteristics of selling exactly to the point. Yes, you can learn or further develop soft skills! I personally learned and took away a lot during the 5 training days (2x presence, 3x online) - less theoretical bla-bla, but more practical relevance and transfer knowledge, which I can also use in my function and depending on the situation. That's how I imagine further training. Many thanks dear Thomas and hope to see you soon!

Your training is sustainable because you don't reel off the training content as you've often experienced, but rather you always pick up on what you've learned and put it into an overall context. This makes it easier to integrate the strategies learned into everyday work and private life.
You are super personable and knowledgeable. It was really a lot of fun!

I would be very happy about a continuation or a reunion.

Thomas is an outstanding trainer who has internalized his methods and techniques in such a way that as a participant you sometimes don't even notice how deep you are in the subject matter and live it in those moments.
I can only recommend him without reservation. You learn a lot about yourself and develop yourself further.

I have been with the company for more than 17 years now and have participated in one training or another. The previous 5 days were by far the best and most effective training days and had the greatest added value for me so far.
What has been learned is applied directly and continuously and deepened again and again.
Due to the extremely pleasant manner of Mr. Sajdak, everything takes place in a super atmosphere and always makes you want more.

Hello Thomas, I have already told you personally how great I found your seminar. Basically, however, I think you should choose a different group of people to achieve a better goal. For me, it would make sense to stay either within your own area or at management level, because here the topics are more identical.
