Thomas Wetzel changes things because he listens and sees people. Professionally, rhetorically and conceptually, he is outstanding anyway. In the confrontation, in the conversation, in the discussion... well, if the term appreciation didn't already exist: to describe Thomas, the word would have to be invented.

Mr. Wetzel's management training is highly recommended. The trainings offer a very good mix of theory and practice. The trainings were prepared and conducted in a very structured way. The first successes of his trainings are quickly noticeable in practice. A cooperation with Mr. Wetzel is highly recommended from a professional and human point of view.

Mr. Wetzel is a super trainer and showed me very well what is important in good leadership in the context of a leadership training. The practical examples with the associated role plays prepare you very well for everyday life as a manager. One of the best trainings I've had and it was never boring, because they never forgot a certain touch of humor.

The coaching sessions with Thomas always took place in a pleasant, professional and trusting atmosphere. His methodologies and approaches hit the nerve of the practice.
Although under "laboratory conditions" the case and role examples are realistic and practical.
I have attended different trainings such as the leadership training or "unconscious bias" with Thomas and recommend him and the trainings without reservation!

PS: Humor, fun and joy fortunately also play a big role.

In the area of leadership training, Thomas Wetzel manages to construct realistic and convincing case studies that have given me a significant boost in my development and in dealing with employees.

Mr. Wetzel burns for his trainings and participants. Another positive aspect is that he is not a theorist, but has worked successfully in the private sector for many years and therefore speaks from experience.

I can therefore clearly recommend Mr. Wetzel's trainings and thank Thomas for the humanly sympathetic and professionally professional course of training.
