For many, many years I had been suffering from health problems that were increasingly directed at my stomach, intestines and joints.
When I learned of my diagnosis of Hashimoto's and osteoarthritis, I began to take my health into my own hands and completely changed my diet, since I was at first unaware that I suffered from severe food intolerances.

My passion for ultra running presented me with a new challenge. I was doing well, but not perfectly, because I suppressed my health problems, always thinking it was part of it, it was normal. I didn't want to be put away as a "psycho" by doctors and other people. I certainly didn't trust the old conventional medicine.

I have known Thorsten for almost 2.5 years now. Originally I came to him because of Hashimoto's and related infertility as well as many annoying symptoms that the doctors did not really want to deal with. Other than L-thyroxine, no one gave me any tips or even talked to me about it, let alone looked for the cause of it all.
With Thorsten, the situation was quite different.
After I sent him several filled out anamnesis forms, my blood values and other previous examination results, we had a detailed conversation.
Even then I was amazed at how many symptoms and possible causes were related... and where one could possibly start. Afterwards, I received an offer and a diet plan that was individually adapted to me. In addition, I received a detailed guide with do's and don'ts as well as several supporting NEMs.

I have been friends with Thorsten for many years. Each has gone his own way professionally and privately but we have never lost sight of each other. In my late forties, I suddenly realized that my eating habits were leading to permanent weight gain. Also, my figure was not developing in a very favorable way. This bothered me, but did not yet result in a change in my eating habits. Not until a routine blood test led to a "red card" in blood lipids. The alternative to taking pills regularly was to change my diet.
After I had sent Thorsten my blood values, his judgment was also very clear. After additional blood values recommended by Thorsten, he worked out an individual two-step diet plan for me. In addition, he gave me recommendations for supplementary minerals and mushrooms.
I went for it and the result was sensational. Already in the first few weeks I lost kilo after kilo and felt much fitter and more vital. In regular appointments we exchanged information about the developments and agreed on minor corrections as needed. After four months, I went back to the doctor for another blood test and he was totally fascinated by how the change in diet had brought my blood values back into the normal range.

About our initial situation:
We are both very athletic and have already eaten very healthy for outsiders. Sure, with something sinful here and there. Our motivation to go to Thorsten was to optimize our diet in line with our sports workload or our still growing sports workload. And with myself, the small raccoon belly still something to declare war on.

Procedure:
At the beginning, everything starts with an initial free consultation, during which we decide directly whether a collaboration could make sense. Afterwards the actual consultation begins with all topics to nutrition. You get a nutrition plan based on the blood group or a blood count. This should be done as soon as possible. With regular checks, the progress is evaluated.

To the experience with Torsten:
What we got in terms of our diet then as feedback was slightly shocking. Only a fraction of it was really healthy. A bit skeptical at first, of course, we then gradually started to adjust our diet accordingly. After following the first tips, we could already feel positive effects on our body. After we had our blood groups and blood counts, the diet was completely adjusted. We received a plan which prescribed quantities and foods. Here you don't get recipes which you have to use, but as already mentioned a palette of foods with corresponding quantity guidelines. With time, you will find suitable recipes for yourself. Also food supplements are recommended according to the blood count. Here it must be mentioned very positively that Torsten offers a lot of means in his studio for sale these however one does not want to force, so that one could also decide bspw for a more economical alternative. In the beginning, the change according to the plan is hard, but the body thanks you very quickly, which is of course very motivating.
Finally, let's talk about the price. Of course, the whole issue is not cheap, but what is quality of life worth to you? With the electrical goods in the house, you also pay attention to quality, right? 😉

All in all, we can definitely recommend Torsten professionally as well as personally. We have taken a lot of knowledge from the three months and our body thanks us every day.
