It was clear to me that if I was going to have this procedure, it would be with a doctor who would look after me for a whole day and not accept any other patients. Clemens was at my side with advice and support from day one. He listened to my concerns and my opinions on the subject of hair transplants and worked with me to decide which clinic was right for me. I received very good and comprehensible advice in advance by e-mail and telephone from Matthias Weber. On site, I was accompanied by Adem Ergürsel very personally and extremely professionally - he was at my side at all times and took care of all the details.

The preliminary examination at the clinic was very thorough, and the preliminary consultation with Dr. Akyurt was extremely informative and trusting. The operation itself went smoothly and the result is very good - I can finally live without glasses!

Mr. Weber gave me very good advice. He made it clear from the outset what the procedure could and could not achieve. When I had doubts as to whether it might be better to wait another year, he also offered to cancel the appointment I had already made. He answered all my questions in detail and clearly. It was a consultation and not a sales pitch, which is not always the case.
Dr. Hakan treated me very well. I chose Health Travels because they only treat two patients a day. On the day of the procedure, I was greeted personally by Dr. Hakan and I never waited a minute afterwards. All the staff always looked after me and my impression was that they worked very professionally. Since Dr. Hakan speaks English very well, communication was easy. He told me that I wouldn't feel any pain after the procedure. This was basically true because, despite the many small wounds, you don't actually feel any real pain. However, due to the drainage of the injected saline solution and the "burning" of the donor area, I did feel slight pain afterwards. However, the painkillers provided were able to relieve this without any problems. It was a little unusual for me that the staff were occasionally on their personal cell phones during treatment breaks. However, I felt that they always worked on my head in a sterile manner. In general, I had the impression that the teams were very well coordinated.
Afterwards, all my questions were answered within minutes. I am therefore very satisfied and would recommend Health Travels to others.

This was my second hair surgery with Dr. Gür, this time with a focus on the tonsure.

First of all: I am completely satisfied with everything!

The first telephone contact with you, Mr. Weber, was problem-free and you immediately took an hour of your time. The focus on the natural look and the advice on what is possible and what is not are very helpful. Your videos are a wealth of information that is convincing and therefore builds trust and credibility.

I was warmly welcomed on the day of the transplant. I immediately felt at ease. The removal went smoothly. Sure, the anesthetic injections hurt. If I had to decide again, I would consider anesthesia in twilight sleep. I fell asleep several times during the transplant and had the feeling that the procedure flew by.

I strongly recommend using the transfer service to and from the airport. Rest and relaxation are important, which is not necessarily the case in the metro.

In conclusion, Health Travels and the entire local team fully met my expectations. If you value competent professionals, expect high quality and want to be able to contact them easily, this is the right place for you.
