We installed the device on a recommendation and were curious to see if it would actually make a difference. After just a few weeks, we could already tell that limescale wasn’t building up as much. Limescale has always been an issue for us, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Since we installed the device, things have improved significantly. The limescale is still there, but it’s less stubborn and easier to remove. You notice the difference more in everyday life than you might think at first.

I spent quite some time looking into various solutions and ultimately decided on Tratson. The Tratson unit was an alternative to traditional water softeners for us. It was important to us to avoid using salt and to minimize maintenance. After using it for some time, we can say that the water quality has improved. Limescale doesn’t build up as much, and cleaning is faster. We would definitely choose it again.

We’ve been using the device for about three months now. To be honest, at first we weren’t sure if we’d even notice a difference. The installation tips provided before the unit was delivered were very helpful, and delivery was prompt.
After installation (which was simple) and setup, I immediately noticed that the water felt softer. More importantly, now after about 6 weeks of use, it’s clear that the device works: Limescale sticks much less and is much easier to wipe off the faucets. It’s also better for household appliances than before.
Conclusion: A good little device with great effectiveness.
