The change of bus on the return trip detracts a little from the overall impression of the entire trip.
The comfort from Würzburg was Gewöhnugsbedürftig with the volume in the bus.

I especially enjoyed the extraordinarily large amount of space on the bus, as well as the nice and attentive service on the bus, even during the ride, and also the breaks, where you had enough time to go to the bathroom in peace at the rest stop and didn't feel rushed.

At the turn of the year I was with you in Bremen and felt completely comfortable.
As the only minus point I must mention the logistics for the pickup and return trip. Especially on the return trip you have not " covered yourself with glory ". But I have already told your manager during the ride home.

I enjoyed my first trip with Ab in den Bus on New Year's Eve very much. I was very satisfied with all services such as door-to-door pickup, service, travel program and especially nice care by bus driver and tour guide. The hotel was nice and the extensive breakfast buffet as well as a 3-course menu in the evening very good. Even the somewhat chaotic procedure on return in Kaarst, where at the same time the participants of 3 coaches had to be "distributed", can not diminish my positive impressions in any way. Thank you very much for the nice trip. I will be very happy to travel again with Ab in den Bus.

With all achievements, ie.Durchführung, service, accompaniment very satisfied! Only the arrival with the distribution to feeder was for me pure chaos.Since would have to be logistically improved, so that you can find in the dark evening his feeder.So something was for me pure adventure! (Catastrophe - no one knew where is this feeder with 100 people or arrival of several buses)

Unfortunately, a note that is very negative.
On arrival in Kaarst ( return trip ) Kaos in the search for the Hausrückbringe.
There must be worked on it. eg. announcement in the bus which car. No 1. 2 . 3 -------
1 3/4 hrs to home. Otherwise a nice trip, also to the Erzgebirge.

You are picked up at home and brought home again.

The travel support is good and you are supplied with water and coffee during the trip. The breaks were also in order in terms of time.

Michael as a bus driver was very prudent, as well as the selected hotel in Regensburg was a good choice.

The Dolomites trip was very nice. Everything was just right. The hotel was good.
What did not go so well for me was that I had asked you if the hotel has shower or tub baths. I was assured that there were only shower baths. Unfortunately, that was not true.
Our entire tour group had tub baths. However, I was given another room the next day due to my disability. I think something like this should not happen.

Was very satisfied and as I imagined. The only criticism of the hotel was the room. Well furnished, but with a low toilet and a shower wall in the bathtub. For older not people, I count myself among them, not optimal.
