Bright apartment. Well-laid-out living space. Basic bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is bright and ready to use. Quiet bedroom since it faces the interior of the building. Small balcony with a view toward the river. Essential shopping amenities are very close by. Several subway stations are within walking distance. Pubs and bars like Simon-Dach and Wahrschauer Strasse are within walking distance! I’ll think about it!

The tour with Ms. Ikonnikov was very pleasant and informative. She took plenty of time and carefully and thoroughly explained the apartment to me, as well as all the important details about the property.

I was particularly impressed by her professional and dedicated manner. She answered my questions competently and also pointed out smaller details, which allowed me to get a very good and comprehensive impression of the apartment.

Thank you very much for the friendly, professional, and pleasant tour!

We had a very pleasant viewing with Mr. Jakob Gremerath from ADEN Immobilien. Mr. Gremerath was very open, honest, and friendly from the very beginning. He showed us around the apartment at a leisurely pace and took the time to answer our questions in detail and in a way we could understand.

We particularly appreciated his transparent and pleasant manner. At no point did we feel pressured. Instead, we were able to get a good sense of the apartment at our own pace and discuss all outstanding issues.

Thank you very much for the professional yet very personal service. We can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Gremerath as a real estate agent!

Best regards,
The Hubert Family

We were already very satisfied with the service Mr. Selmo provided during the purchase of our apartment. But we were particularly pleasantly surprised that he continued to be there for us even after the purchase was successfully completed.
His support was incredibly valuable, especially during the subsequent renovation. He helped us find skilled and reliable contractors and was always there to offer advice and assistance beyond that as well.

We truly appreciated his straightforward, personal, and—above all—warm manner. It’s by no means a given that a real estate agent remains so dedicated even after the purchase is complete. With Mr. Selmo, we always felt that his clients and their satisfaction were truly important to him.

We would recommend Mr. Selmo again in a heartbeat and can wholeheartedly recommend him not only for the real estate purchase but also for his personal and reliable support long after the deal was closed.

Thank you so much for the great support!
