I liked everything from the reception to the doctor. I had Botox injected into my forehead. Dr. Dette-Oltmann did a very good job! I like it very much and I am happy. I would do it again at any time!

From booking the appointment to the appointment itself - TOP! The doctor took a lot of time for the consultation and the examination itself. All my questions were answered and my fears were allayed :-) I will most likely opt for an operation at the clinic :-)

Dr. Brauns is a very courteous and sympathetic doctor who is very authentic and does his work in a completely satisfactory manner!

The consultation before the operation (eyelid) was very good. Dr. Klarner explained everything calmly and answered all my questions. On the day of the treatment, the practice team were super friendly and helpful both before and after the operation. The result so far is also very satisfactory and the healing process is going well. I am glad that this practice was recommended to me. Thank you very much!

I found the injection of nasolabial folds - the consultation and treatment to be very competent and the result is very good! Dr. Fette-Oltmann was willing to answer all my questions and the treatment did not hurt (compared to other experiences).
However, I would also have a critical subjective comment: the method of payment. I am used to getting a bill, which I always pay responsibly. At the Alsterklinik I had to pay immediately, which I subjectively perceived as mistrust and pressure. I even had the tendency to take it personally (am I trustworthy enough)? In any case, the practice and clinics send the bill.
