i was given the wrong doctor who couldn't help me at all with my problem. i had chosen my specialty (chin implant) online when booking the appointment and then selected one of the suggestions. i ended up being late for the appointment and a replacement appointment with the correct doctor was only possible 2 months later. at least i was waived the consultation fee

I went to a consultation with Dr. Klarner and felt infinitely well looked after and advised, he patiently answered my questions and explained to me exactly what possibilities there are in terms of rejuvenating my face, Dr. Klarner made a great effort and we start with injections, he has a lot of empathy and expertise and will do his best at the upcoming appointment! I'm looking forward to it ... full 5 stars for Dr. Klarner 👍

Professor Weinand took a lot of time and explained the advantages and disadvantages of the operation to me in detail. He also made it clear to me what expectations I should have and showed me pictures. It was perfect all round and I would always recommend the Alsterklinik and Professor Weinand in particular without reservation.

I recently had a facelift at the Alster-Klinik in Hamburg and I couldn't be happier with the results.

My attending physician, Prof. Dr. Christian Weinand, did an excellent job. From the very first consultation, I felt that I was in good hands and had been given comprehensive information.
The entire team at the Alster Clinic was extremely professional and friendly.
Everyone took excellent care of me and took away my nervousness. The atmosphere in the clinic was pleasant and reassuring, which made the whole process much easier.

The result of my facelift exceeded my expectations. Prof. Dr. Weinand not only demonstrated his professional expertise, but also achieved a very aesthetically pleasing result.

I am grateful for the great care I received and the fantastic result.
I can warmly recommend the Alster Clinic and Prof. Dr. Weinand in particular. A big thank you to the whole team!

So far, I am thrilled with the good advice from Dr. Schubert. I hope that the results of the operation will be just as convincing.
The practice is always available and has answers for everything.
In the waiting area, you can tell that the atmosphere in the team is good, even between the doctor and the ladies at reception.
