A wonderful reception—friendly, courteous, and no waiting time.
Initial consultation (I was interested in an eyelid lift); I was advised against surgery because, given my advanced age (67), a 100% success rate could not be guaranteed. Many other doctors would certainly have performed the surgery (just for the money), but I’m very happy with Dr. Henscheid’s decision.

From the consultation and preparation all the way through to the actual surgery, it was just absolutely amazing! The staff are all—without exception—friendly, humorous, and competent.
My attending physician was Dr. Reifenrath, and I’ve rarely felt so well taken care of by a doctor. He’s also super friendly, and thanks to his relaxed, easygoing manner, the whole experience was just fun and wonderful!!!
I would 100% recommend him to absolutely everyone!

The whole team was friendly. I found the consultation to be rather passive, and unfortunately, as I suspected, the prices advertised on social media don't match the actual costs.
If you're coming from far away, this is pretty disheartening.
Otherwise, it was more of a conversation than an examination.

Wow, was für ein erster Eindruck!
Dr. Frank Gruner, dessen Professionalität von jahrelanger Erfahrung zeugt, war äußerst verständlich und menschlich (was mir sehr wichtig war). Er verstand meine Bedürfnisse, und seine Erklärungen und Anweisungen entsprachen genau meinen Vorstellungen.
Die Patientenberaterin Jennifer war mit ihrem Charme ebenfalls eine große Hilfe und erklärte mir alles Notwendige und den weiteren Ablauf. Auch die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr höflich und freundlich.
Ich melde mich nach der Operation mit meinen Eindrücken zurück.
