Since there were both individual and group work/simulations, we unfortunately cannot understand their assessment.
As always, with thorough preparation, we have designed an impulse workshop with very current topics for the exclusive target group of owners, managing directors as well as executives from medium-sized companies, which is currently confronted with profound changes.
The event focused on external change processes, the questioning of old management principles, and the development of a new modern management culture as a prerequisite for attracting and retaining highly sought-after specialists in the long term.
The impulse workshop, which was "not a speakers event", was tightly packed and we regret that your overall rating was only "satisfactory". Apparently the topics/content did not meet your personal expectations or your own work situation.
