The development / preparation of conversations with employees and also the duty of care towards subordinates, which is why conversations should be held, let me just deal with it more consciously.
Personally, I do not write handwritten so quickly, so I would have been more pleased about digital content.
Topics and questions from the first appointment were immediately included in the content of the second appointment and were well elaborated so that we could discuss realistic situations.
